If anyone is guilty of an uncontrollable sweet tooth it is myself. I LOVE sweets! But loving sweets and trying to become a healthier, more fit person do not go hand in hand. Duh.

While scrolling through Pinterest one night, I stumbled across a cookie recipe for weight watcher friendly treats! These peanut butter cookies are only 1 WW point a piece!! Typical cookies can range from 3 points to 12. Outrageous. If anyone knows how the Weight watchers program works, thats about half a days worth of points. And if you have a sweet tooth like I do, its almost impossible to use most of your points of junk food cravings.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Peanut Butter (Creamy or Chunky)

3/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar

1 Large Egg

3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

Recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees with rack in the middle of the oven and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray
2. Beat the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer set on medium.
3. Space level teaspoons of dough 1-1/2 inches apart from eachother on the baking sheets. (Should make around 60 or so with small amounts of dough)
4. Bake until puffed up and brown around edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
5, Take out of the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.

And you're done!

These cookies are delicious and the best thing is you dont have to feel guilty about eating them! Let me know what you think of the recipe, and drop photos of your cookies in the comments!
