Last Year's Fashion You Want to Keep Around This Winter
Alexis Noelle
I am SUCH a sucker for holiday deals! I'm constantly loading up my carts on pretty much every single clothing site app you can think of....and then never ordering. (Can you relate? hahaha!)
I love staying in trend with the seasons, but let's be real. That shit is pricey sis!
Every year I lug out my stored bin of winter clothing. Since I live in Georgia I only really get a few months of cold weather. But I am not really complaining about that..
Instead of spending hundreds on new winter clothes that wont last me really all that long, I find ways to make my old clothing work with all the new trends. And surprisingly, its really not that hard! And..kind of fun.
Here are some items you should DEFINITELY keep around this year. And probably even next year and the year after!

FUZZY AND CHUNKY SWEATERS
You can never and I mean NEVER go wrong with a chunky/fuzzy sweater. You can pair them with absolutely anything. A chunky scarf and leggings, long layered necklaces and some jeans, the options are endless. If you don't have any of these in your wardrobe, hit up your local goodwill..i'm sure you'll hit the jackpot! Expand your closet and save yo money!!
PLAID
Plaid is the pattern that keeps on giving. Flannels, crop tops, chunky sweaters, plaid looks good on..well, a lot. And just like your chunky sweaters, you can almost always find these in consignment.
WINTER BEANIES
Honestly, I dont think these ever really went out of style. But this year I have especially notices that big ball of fur on the top of so many of my Instagram friend's heads. LOL. The best part about these? They hide that bed head. hahaha! (very guilty)
DUCK BOOTS/SNOW BOOTS
As many of you know, I'm such a country bumpkin and these boots have SAVED me. I could honestly wear these boots all year round. They are super comfy, durable, and keep your little toes warm. L.L. Bean has come out with multiple different styles and they are often found knocked off by multiple other brands (and i'm not complaining).
What are your winter must haves?! Do you find yourself wearing one item every single year? I must know!!
I hope y'all enjoyed this blog.
Until next time,
Alexis Noelle. <3
