Hey y'all!

We may or may not be coming to the end of these crazy times, (I think it is way too early to start reopening things, but what do you do) but one thing this time has taught me is that there is no better day to start working on yourself than TODAY.

All of our favorite, taken for granted, businesses have closed, forcing the high maintenance to survive as best they can. HA! I'm glad to say I am not that high maintenance, but I can say its been hard adopting an entirely new daily routine.

One thing that I look forward to every day is working out. I've actually never really liked working out from home because it is so hard to motivate myself to get going. However, I have found that it is actually very therapeutic, and I am actually seeing results!

I alternate my days between cardio and resistance. I try to do some kind of physical activity every day because it is so easy to get used to being lazy when you have nothing to do. 

I have been using the Kayla Itsines SWEAT App to give me at home work out routines, with minimal equipment needed. I believe they are also offering a free month trial right now as well!

Along with my workouts I have been mixing in other small health regimens. Mix 1 cups of diet cran-grape with 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of honey for a tasty and healthy drink before meals!

Seeing results can be hard as well, especially if you are used to weighing yourself at a gym and don't have the proper equipment. I highly recommend taking a before picture, it is the best way to measure your progress!

Let's all go out of quarantine looking like babes!! Summer will be here before we know it.
