Apps That Help Clear My Head!

Mental clarity is extremely important to me. My mind seems to go crazy with numerous thoughts every day, and I think my anxiety has a huge part in that.
I really don't believe in taking medication to cure my anxiety, plus it really just makes me just feel worse and super groggy.
I use multiple different ways to help improve and boost my mental health...books, podcasts, music, and prayer. The most convenient way is to use apps on my phone!
I wanted to share some of the apps I have been using and fallen in love with that have helped me on my self-development journey...
With all that being said, waking up to positivity is incredibly important for the rest of your day.
This Devotion app is the perfect way to begin the day, and easy to read and understand. Just search "devotion app" in your app store and it's typically the first app with a blue fish!
Podbeam and Headway are great apps for learning and self-development. Podbeam I use for all of my podcast listening, I use this almost daily! Headway is great for short storytelling, and very calming. (enjoy a cup of coffee with these two!)
Lastly, these apps are for those Meditation lovers! I am not too much into meditation myself, but there is nothing I love more than soothing sounds to put me to sleep. Lol!
